We are being told our pre order mats should be arriving earlier sometime this week to our warehouse.
This is great news and as soon as they come in - we will look to get them out within 24 hours.

Our production of pre-order mats is all on track for 29th Jan arrival.
Our goods will are being airfreighted as we speak. So - we expect around 10 days they should arrive putting us pretty close to our 29th Jan shipping date.

Our production of pre-order mats is all on track for 29th Jan arrival.
We expect to have the product being air freighted to our warehouse in Australia starting from the 13th January.

Great news!!! We've actually received our January 8th deliveries stock TODAY!
We will start processing all pre-orders as of tomorrow with deliveries starting to arrive next week :-) HAPPY NEW YEARS!

We received confirmation that air freighted mats are on track still for the 8th of Jan shipping dates :-)
There is a high chance we might receive them earlier and be able to ship earlier as well!
We'll let any customers who have ordered know their tracking codes as soon as we are ready to ship.

We received and sent out ALL the remaining Grey 3.3m, Grey 2.47m and Navy 3.3m Mats TODAY! So - all these customers will receive their mats 1 day earlier :-) With remaining stocks for just the Navy 2.47m to arrive Monday 18th and should go out straight away that day or otherwise on Tuesday.
All will be express post and sent prior to Aus Post Xmas delivery cut offs as below :-)

The bulk of our stock to cover current pre orders is in transit from Sydney arriving in Brisbane tonight and our warehouse tomorrow (Friday). We are doing what ever possible to then get it out to customers on Friday express aus post :-)
If not - we will have any remaining pre order plus orders over the weekend ready to be sent on the pre midday run on Monday (if no further delays receiving our stocks)

We have 2 boxes of stock arriving earlier than expected today. So - we will start sending orders asap. Most of the pre-orders stock will arrive tomorrow as planned which means all orders will either be shipped tomorrow or Friday at the latest.

Extremely HAPPY to update that ALL pre-orders and ALL orders from today (except for 4 that came in later tonight) orders have been bagged, tagged and are ready for pick up from Australia post with EXPRESS delivery as of today!!!!
This means we are now selling and sending current stock with where available so no delays on deliveries and no pre-orders (unless we are sold out of course!)

GOOD NEWS! We've just heard that our production of approx 300 mats has finished a week early!! We have booked these to arrive on air freight ASAP within 10 - 15 days unless any unforseen delays - hopefully by first week in December.
Pre-orders of course will be prioritised and any pre-orders from this point will be sent with EXPRESS post delivery (usually no longer than 3 days once arrived at our warehouse to your door).
Confirmation of arrival date of this stock in next 7 - 10 days :-)

More stock arrived today and has been packed and ready to go out for delivery tomorrow!! This takes us through to the first of the November 1st orders for 3.3m navy and grey mats.
We expect another 50 to arrive by Friday or Monday and to go out straight away!!
Really excited to be able to deliver these mats earlier than planned.

Was a slight delay on one shipment of mats that were due on Monday. They will be now in on Wednesday 15th Nov. All satchels locked and loaded for another 30 mats to go out :-)

First 11 x Cool Grey 3.3M Mats are in and going tomorrow from pre-orders back in October! See below - more mats arriving next week and being delivered asap :-)
Noting the original expectation was a January delivery date - we are now air freighting our Holey Mats from production with the goal to deliver all mats between November and Xmas (see below for expected timing / tranches based on your order date).
- We're excited to provide this blog to help keep an eye on when you're pre-order Holey Mats will be arriving!
- We'll be sending out the pre-orders in order of when the purchase was made (ie; first come, first served).
- We have all of the orders / satchels pre-labelled and ready to go with your delivery details so we can send your mat our as soon as possible when they arrive to our warehouse.
- We'll also be sending via email your tracking code - so - when you receive that - you'll know we have begun processing your order for delivery :-)
- There are a few "tranches of mats" coming in as below:
TRANCH 1: 3.3m Grey and 3.3m Navy Mats (for October Orders)
- October through to Early Nov 1 orders have been received and sent out! :-)
TRANCH 2: More 3.3m Grey and 3.3m Navy Mats with up to 20 x 2.47m Mats (for Nov 1 - Nov 2 orders)
- These have all been sent out and received
TRANCH 3: All 3.3m and 2.47m mats to cover all remaining pre-orders that were placed after 2nd of November.
- 90% of these mats have arrived and we expect all pre-order and new deliveries t be "out" on time before 29th November! :-)
- All of these mats and ANY mats from this point will be sent "Express Post" via Australia Post (ie - Fastest possible option) until Xmas.
